Our product suite begins with our Electric Forms product.
Complex products available in many configurations
are not easily ordered with a standard web based form.
Our Electric Forms product provides dynamic configuration, rule
validation and and immediate pricing.
Imagine a Sales Staff trained in selling
complex widgits to customers. Widgits might
be available with hundreds of options and configurations,
some available only with other options and services.
Electric Forms allows for programming complex logic
into interactive web forms. The sales person can
quickly modify configurations and price the unit
instantly.
When completed, the widgit's configuration
can be stored on secure servers for review later by
the order processing department. Or the sales person
can pull it up later and make more revisions.

While Electric Forms is the meat of our product
line, it creates the necessity for an Electric Folder
in which to store all those forms. In addition to
Electric Forms configured to your business needs,
the Electric Folders product line allows for storage
of dozens different document types side by side.
Storage for popular Microsoft Office formats including
Word, Powerpoint, and Excel. Adobe PDF documents,
and common picture formats such as GIF, and JPG.
In addition to uploading of popular file formats,
a FAX Server system is also available to FAX documents
straight into an Electric Folder. That's right!
You can FAX any paper document right into the
Electric Folder product.

Where Electric Forms is the meat of our product
line, and Electric Folders is the potatoes, you still
need a fork to eat it with. That's where Electric Workflow
comes in. Electric Workflow puts together your Electric
Forms and Electric Folders with an electronic notification
system so that everyone who needs to work on a folder or
a form knows about it.
Electric Workflow provides for each work object to
be associated with a "Work Ticket". A Work Ticket is an electronic
notification that determines
1) Who should do the work
2) When should they do the work
3) When did they start the work
4) When did they finish the work
5) Who should work next
Combined with the extreme document management that
the Electric Forms and Folders product provides,
Electric Workflow is a tool to make sure that nothing
gets left behind. It includes a compelling management
interface with real time reporting of both open work tickets
and completed work tickets, including cycle times and state
transitions.
